Clearing Low Mode: 10-minute blue & red sessions for the body with direct skin contact.
Clearing High Mode: 20-minute blue & red sessions for the face and body from a 15cm distance.
Anti-Ageing Low Mode: 10-minute red, near-infrared & deep near-infrared body sessions with direct skin contact.
Anti-Ageing High Mode: 20-minute, red, near-infrared & deep near-infrared sessions for the face and body from a 15cm distance.
High Mode delivers a stronger power output (irradiance) than Low Mode, so it shouldn’t be used directly on the skin. 15cm distance is optimal to ensure you still achieve effective and safe results.

What skin is blue light therapy suitable for?
Blue light therapy can cause temporary hyperpigmentation on darker skin tones. Fitzpatrick skin type V is described as “white, olive-toned”, and it is this tone and darker that may develop hyperpigmentation after exposure to blue light. We recommend discontinuing use if hyperpigmentation occurs.
How does the CurrentBody Skin LED Light Therapy Panel differ from the LED Light Therapy Mask?
The LED Mask is designed exclusively for facial sessions in a flexible, wearable format. The LED Panel offers a larger coverage area for use on the face and also the body.
How do I clean the LED red light therapy panel?
Ensure your device is turned off and unplugged from any power source before cleaning. Use a damp cloth to wipe down your device.
Do not use chemical or alcohol based cleaners.
Is it FDA cleared?
Yes the LED Light Therapy Panel is FDA cleared.
Why can a panel be positioned further away and still work?
Because of its higher irradiance (light intensity), the panel can lose some power over distance and still remain within the effective range.
For example: At 15cm, High Mode delivers around 12.64 mW/cm², enough to trigger biological responses in the skin.
A lower-powered device starts at a much lower output, so any distance dramatically reduces its effectiveness — which is why 1–2cm can result in up to 90% loss.In short: it's not just about distance — it's about how much power you're starting with.

Contraindications
Certain medical conditions, medications and chemicals are known to induce photosensitivity. Photosensitivity is a common side effect of various medications. These can include many commonly used medications, skincare, supplements, antibiotics, diuretics and steroids, St John's Wort, certain perfumes, antiperspirant, antibacterial soaps, artificial sweeteners, naphthalene (mothballs), petroleum products, brightening agents found in laundry detergent and cadmium sulphide (a chemical injected into the skin during tattooing). Anyone with the following medical conditions should not use this device:
- Epilepsy or seizures triggered by light
- Metabolic disorders such as Porphyria
- Autoimmune disorders such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)
- Photosensitive disorders
- Active cancers
- Use of photosensitive medication or skincare
- Eye disease
- Glaucoma
- Cataracts
- Recent laser eye surgery
- Light induced headaches or migraines.
Sensitivity test
1. Place the device in contact with your skin. Recommended areas include the inner thigh, arm or back of the hand.
2. Turn on and complete a full session. Stop use immediately if your skin feels hot or uncomfortable.
3. Wait at least 24 hours.
4. If the skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you. Please contact our Customer Support team and return the device to us within 14 days for a full refund.

I would have given 5 stars if the device had not quit charging after 3 months. After using it for 8 weeks there was a noticeable “plumping” in my facial skin. It is brighter and more luminous. I hope the charger incident can be quickly resolved. I am addicted!

I own the CurrentBody LED face mask, which I’ve been using regularly after microneedling. While I love the mask, I sometimes found it a little restrictive having something directly attached to my face for longer sessions.
That’s why I decided to purchase the LED light panel — and I’m so glad I did! The freedom it gives compared to the mask is amazing. I can comfortably sit back, move more naturally, and still get all the benefits of LED therapy without feeling confined.
If you already enjoy LED therapy but want something less restrictive and more flexible than a mask, this is absolutely worth it. Bring on the results!!!

I’ve had stretch marks for ages after losing a lot of weight so I wanted to see if the panel would help reduce them at all and I definitely noticed a difference after a couple months of using it consistently, they didn’t seem as deep or dark which is amazing!

I like the panel overall, especially its flexibility and the included stand. That said, I can’t really speak to its effectiveness, as I’m not sure whether it has significantly improved my skin. I’ve been using it on my knees and think I might see a slight change, but it’s subtle.
For body use, it works fine, although it can be a bit time-consuming since you need to expose the specific area you’re treating. For facial use, I would probably consider getting a dedicated mask instead, as it would allow you to multitask while using it.
The battery life, in my opinion, could be better. It only lasts a few sessions, and when charging, it’s not very clear when it’s fully charged. I also had to return my first panel because the LEDs stopped working properly. Customer service was great, they replaced it without any issues.
However, both the original and the replacement unit had stands that didn’t feel perfectly made. They had some scratches and were slightly wobbly.
Overall, I do appreciate that the product is certified, and I believe it has potential, but there are definitely some quality and usability improvements that could be made.

The LED panel is sturdy (but sufficiently flexible) and of good quality. It's nice that you can treat a larger area ****. It could be even bigger for me, to be able to treat the face and décolleté or the entire abdomen, for example.
