Can you see near-infrared and deep near-infrared light?
No – you can’t see near-infrared (830nm) or deep near-infrared (1072nm) light because the human eye is unable to detect light wavelengths beyond approximately 700nm.
How do I clean the CurrentBody LED Neck & Décolletage Mask?
Gently wipe your LED mask with a damp cloth. Do not submerge your device or use abrasive cleaners.
How do I charge the CurrentBody LED neck mask?
Charge your LED neck and chest mask by plugging the USB-C charger provided into a mains outlet. Check the controller screen for battery status.
How long should I use LED therapy on my neck and chest?
10 minutes. This is the optimal session length for maximum results.
How do I download and set up the CurrentBody app?
Download the CurrentBody app for free from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). To pair, open the app after downloading and follow the on-screen prompts to connect via Bluetooth®, making sure Bluetooth® is switched on and your device is powered on and nearby.
How often do I need to use the neck mask to see results?
With consistent use of the device 3-5 times a week, you can expect to see visible improvements in neck lines, chest wrinkles, and overall skin appearance in 6–8 weeks.*

1. Place the device in contact with your skin. Recommended areas include the inner thigh, arm or back of the hand.
2. Turn on and complete a full session. Stop use immediately if your skin feels hot or uncomfortable.
3. Wait at least 24 hours.
4. If the skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you. Please contact our Customer Support team and return the device to us within 14 days for a full refund.

DO NOT use the device if you have been diagnosed with cataracts.
DO NOT use this device if you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity. If you use this device and you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity you may cause a severe skin reaction. Photosensitivity is a common side effect of various medications. These can include certain antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, and diuretics. If you are unsure about any medication you may be taking consult your healthcare provider. Other substances not listed above can also cause photosensitivity. Common examples of these substances are St John's Wort, Coal tar, deodorants, antibacterial soaps, artificial sweeteners, naphthalene (moth balls), petroleum products, brightening agents found in laundry detergent, and cadmium sulphide (a chemical injected into the skin during tattooing.
